MS Access or XML

Question

Hi I am considering making a discussion forum and for that I have two options: Access or XML. I need some feedback on what kind of database should I use. I have worked on access and it works fine for storing data that is not too large. The advanatage of XML is that the data access for it is faster than Access and it can handle load. I need some help in making the decision. Thanks in advance.

Most of the forums are database based. But if you think you wont have too many posts XML will work. It all depends on your requirement. Just keep in mind that XML is not a good idea to store a lot of data. Search this site. It has XML based discussion forums written by Saurabh Nandu.
