@Dear Shweta Lodha thanks for your valuable time.Till am not getting any solution. and the master and model database are not messing from their location. All Database i see at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA I am getting following error : please see: https://goo.gl/ekdRaZ

If possible check your event viewer. Something might be logged there.

Primary reason can be - your system database files(master and model) are deleted or moved to some other location. Other reason can be your service account password is changed.
