MVC project with Full Life Cycle-Requirements Gathering, Des
Hi,
I am asked to create a complaint management system for an organization.
Customers should be able to register their complaints online and the organizations Administrator should be able to allocate the complaints to the relevant department (there are at least 5 different departments; admin has to assign the complaint to one of them). Each depart has the right to re-assign the work to another department. Customer should be informed at each stage until the complaint is closed.
I am asked develop this project in MVC and the project should be a multi-tier (Presentation Layer, Business Logic Layer and Data Access Layer) project.
Can anyone suggest me a good sample work, please?
Is it possible for anyone to take me through each stage - Requirement Analysis, Design, Development and so on?
Client is very much concerned about the SECURITY and PERFORMANCE of the project .
