Basically you have two classes Parent and Child and you are modifying the method behavior in child class that indicates that - this is an example of Method Overriding. And also you have two classes (related ) another principle applied is Inheritance... Also these two fundamental principles belong to OOP's concepts. Adding to Tapan's Answer - Class Vehicle can be abstract class which has VName and VMake methods. The Car class inherits from Abstract Class Vehicle and it has its own methods (CarColor). So the Abstraction concept also includes here.
