Navigate Records in WinForm C#

Question

Hello Members, I am working on a WinApp and trying to nevigate records with Next and Previous buttons. I have searched on net and there are too many solutions but none if them working for me or I might not able to understand. I have also tried... https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/syedshakeer/how-to-display-records-as-first-next-previous-last-in-a-textboxes-using-windows-application/ but not succeded. In my form I want records in TextBoxes one by one when click on next or previous button. while clicking the previous button I can see the last record (as I have written the query as DESC order as there are no First or Last button because when a user clicks on previous button, the latest record will display first and then older records.) but afterwards no records updating in the form. I have attached my code and the data table (screen shot) Please check and guide me how to do this.   Thanks   Mayank Jani

Hiii I'm back... I have checked many solutions on net on this topic but there is only one difference between them and mine. that is the solutions work with the form-load event and my form is working after form load (on a button's click event) and based on user's criteria.  I want a solution for specific set of records and not all the records in the dt. in other words, if I have 5 suppliers and I want to see the records of only 1 supplier (e.g. supplier AAA) then I want to enter value or name in a text box and click "Next' or 'Previous' to see the records only for AAA. Please check the zip file attached that contains code file and a screen shot of my dt. I hope I have cleard all the aspects and now waiting of your help. still you find any doubt please reply, I'll try my best to explain.   Thanks.   Mayank.

Hii Jignesh Kumar, Thank you for your reply...   I'm sorry but it's not working. in both cases, next and previous, it shows no more record.   let me explain my problem... I can not put the code in formload  event because, the query takes parameter from a user so it can be possible only after the form load. when a user clicks the next or previous button then the query will come into effect and takes parameter from the textbox1 and fetch the records from the dt then it should be displayed one by one according to next or previous buttons.   Hope I have explain properly... Thanks   Mayank Jani

Hi Mayank,   Please find attached file for cs class you need to create common dataset for all and you are missing form load event first time you need to bind dataset.   Please refer attached file it will help you.
