Need Code That Read Bar Code

i am making shopping mall database. i want to use bar code reader which read bar code from item and show that code in text box then i will save product into database and retrieve that product from database against scanned bar code. Kindly tell me how i can do this?

Hi using barcode readers is actually extremely easy because they simulate a keyboard input. You just need to have a textbox and focus on it no additional coding is needed and after the scan the code will appear in the textbox.
