Need help in sql 2000 enterprise manager

Question

Hello all I am not able to open Enterprise Manager from the menu. If i click on that folder nothing is happeningthen i reinstalled sql 2000 but again the problem remain same but query analyzer working fine.Please somebody tell me suddenly what happened and how to open this Enterprise Manager of sql2000?? Thanks in advance
