What do you mean by implement njen? Ngen is the Native Image Generator tool used by JIT so as to convert the MSIL code to Machine code and execute it whenever demanded by framework. In case to improve the startup speed of your application you can manually use this tool to convert the MSIL assemblies into the Machine Code assemblies on the server itself.
