No company is hiring as I dont have exp. Pls advice

I am MCA in 2005 but I didn't got the job in programming soon after completing my MCA, and started working in various other fields , but now I want to do my dream job as a software developer but no company is hiring me as I dont have experience.

hii generally any cmp will not going to recruit you becoz they think you lost/forgot every knowledge related to programming. For that you can try a way. create some dummy projects and do it live on some free servers. mention it in your resume with how much time you took to complete these dummy projects. there are several free servers where you can upload your dummy projects. show them that you are still have knowledge of programming. may be this idea will help you.
