N-TIER APPLICATION....HELP...URGENT PLEASE

Question

I am learning C# and ASP.NET.  I downloaded the Microsoft learning tutorial project  PETSTORE and DUWAMISH and its working good.

    I am looking for STEP BY STEP instructions on how to create that application.  That way I can have a HANDS ON on how I can develop that application.

    Does anybody know if there is any instructions available on INTERNET?
   
    Are there any other N-Tier application tutorial available on the INTERNET  WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS.

   I realy appreciate your help.
