Object Oriented Programming using C#

From Object Oriented Programming using C# on page 6 step 4 I don't follow what's happening there. How do I add the code? must I create a new console application project?

I've just downloaded the book to see if I could resolve this and I see what you mean. You were told in Step 1 to create a new Windows Forms project but all of a sudden it's changed to a Console application! If I were you I'd scrap the Windows Forms application and start again with a new Console Application.
