once condition met send email automatically

hey guys this is my code for if a certain number in my database table (eg:200) is equal too or below to notify that stock is low. does anyone know how to add that once this condition is met to automatically send an email to the manager notifying him? thanks guys!!!

Here's my emailing function. It mails to a yahoo account. btw. You also need to enable Less secure app option on recieving end whether it's yahoo gmail or something else.
