Out of Memory Exception while reading large XML file

Question

While reading an Xml file into SQL Database it is trowing an exception (out of memory) XML file size is around 2MB and it is showing memory usage as around 2 GB during execution.. please help! thanks in advance

Its always better to use XmlReader instead of XmlDocument. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.xml.xmlreader.aspx In the above link there are some ways to read the nodes in async manner.
