Pagenumber in crystal reports
I have a report with a group .
I want to know the pagenumber where the group footer lies,So that I need to use the page number as (1 of pagenumber of the group footer) and then I need to reset the page number for next set of groups.
eg. If i am grouping by Id , (each Id contains n number of records) if I have two Id then say ID-1 has 50 records and Id-2 has 40 records, say for eg. the group footer appears at the fifth page for Id-1 so i need to use the pagenumber as (1 of 5 ) in first page,(2 of 5) in second page ,(3 of 5 )in third page, (4 of 5 )in fourth page and (5 of 5 )in fifth page ... then I have to reset the page number for the Id-2 (every group will occur in new page)if the group footer for the Id-2 appears at the 9th page so i need to use the pagenumber as (1 of 4 ) in first page,(2 of 4) in second page ,(3 of 4 )in third page, (4 of 4 )
I tried running total and page count but nothing works and can't get the logic.
