Paging with dropdownlist

Question

Hi....

I have a dropdownlist in a web form. I want, when we select 1 from dropdownlist then 20 row of data will show in a web form from database. When we select 2 from dropdownlist then next 20 row of data will show in web form from database and so on ? How to do, please explain anyone with example ?
