Pdf file creation and automatic trigger that Pdf to peoples

Question

I am doing a project with SQL 2012 db. at the end of the month I automatically I need to create Pdf of database values and I automatically that pdf is mailed to specific users.
I`m doing this project in MVC with C# language in .NET framework 4.5 can u please help me.
