Hello I'm a beginnerand i would like to develop a game for pocket pc devices.What language is suitable to develop such an application?Does anyone have the tutorial or source code on game for beginner?For example full source code on pacman game. Thank You

You can also develop in VS.NET 2003 (C# and VB).

Java or Embedded C++ will do it. Google is your biggest friend here. so i suggest you ask there. Plenty of tutorials out there :)
