populate dropdownlist from ids

Question

I have two ids in database TypeOfPay 13 i have one dropdownlist with Text( 1.Cash2.Cheque3.ECS) I have the value only (13) dropdownlist.text (CashECS) HOW to populate it in C#

Are your dropdown's items static right now as you mentioned  i have one dropdownlist with Text( 1.Cash2.Cheque3.ECS) while in database you have only two options? Do you want to rebind this dropdown statically again? Your query is not clear what exactly issue you are facing. Please update the issue.

I think you can write the code to rebind the dropdown with value/text from the database.
