previous recrd and next record

Question

hi friend
i done project here i want move my records from table in the windows form
like previous record and next record like that and while moving the record i should not edit one textbox for example code field

and some textboxes i can update

can any one give a solution

hello antonythis is vb codecheck it out.i have used standard controls in the toolbox its very easy.just bind each and every control to binding source..use binding navigator to navigate through records..you need to bind this navigator to binding source. MARK THE ANSWER IF IT HELPS YOU

vijayi have given a code regarding textbox properties i think i.e textbox should accept numeric values.. that did not help you?

you must use binding source and binding navigator for the task to be done here i have done a task for youi am uploading the project files here with database. if you want to make the textbox non-editable go to that particular textbox properties set readonly property to trueand updating textbox values to database is quiet easy.you can do that.here i have done a task which moves the records back and forth mark the answer if it helps you
