What kind of documents do you have? In case you have PDFs or XPSs then you can just use System.Printing namespace . For example something like the following: byte [] fileContent = File .ReadAllBytes( path to your PDF or XPS file ); PrintQueue printer = LocalPrintServer .GetDefaultPrintQueue(); using ( PrintSystemJobInfo printJob = printer.AddJob()) using ( Stream stream = printJob.JobStream) stream.Write(fileContent 0 fileContent.Length); But if you have some other document formats then I'm afraid this won't work. In that case you can try this Word processing DLL for C#  see this article that demonstrates how to print a Word files in C# code with it.

Spire.Office is a .NET class library that enables programmers to print Word/Excel/PDF/PowerPoint file with C#. If you need to print specific file format you can download components(WordExcelPDF or PowerPoint) of it.
