Printing through Web Server Connected Printers

Question

 

We are experiencing a typical issue when a print command is executed from Web Application to a printer connected to Web Server.

When ever the admin user is logged on it works, but when ever the user is disconnected or logged off the print never issued to printer.

Is there any way to solve this problem.
