Priority problem

Question

there are 12 servers.i have to open all the servers everyday and check wether a process has been run or not.it takes a lot of time.
my requirement is how to get weather a process has been run or not in a single email(not 12 emails from 12 servers).
plz help me.if any other good process u can explain.thanks in advance.

The one thing you have not provided is whether you have the source code for the application(s) and can modify it. If so then there are many possibilities. Another possibility would be to write a C# program that executes the applicaiotn and use that in all servers. Then that program could monitor the execution of the other process and write the results to a log file or a database or perhaps a system events log (are you familiar with the Events Viewer?). So is any of that relevant?

Better save whole the information to a DB table and schedule a job in SQL Server for triggering emails..
