problem in SMTP in asp.net confifuration tool

i am trying to put information in fields but it is giving me an bellow error ,and i have attahced pic which i have fill the fileds any one can help me....?

in your web.config file change SmtpClient.EnableSsl to True

try setting SmtpClnt.EnableSsl = true; Also at the same time check if the firewall not allowing the port you specified. check with your network team.
