See Phoenix Compiler and Shared Source Common Language Infrastructure ; it is probably much more than what you need but I know nothing about it except what that page says. Also see The Gardens Point Scanner Generator (GPLEX) ; I don't know about it either except what that page says. There are other lexical scanners and semantic analyzers but all that I am aware of use or generate C++. Let's Build a Compiler and Operator Precedence Parsing might help although the languages used are not C#.
