Problem related office.word COM file

Question

Hi ihave developed one Word File through Office.word COM .dll file and i am succeed in to create a word file through ASP.NET usinf office.core.interop.word ... my problem is when i am runnig the web site through visual studio then it works fine but when i am making the virtual directory of that project then the object of That word file is generated but at the time of file opening it gives error..... any suggestion would be appericiated..

My meaning of opening word file means that when i am opening word file through programming at that time it is not working... not at the time when the word file has beren made and then i am opening it to watch it.

It's ok If i'm not wrong it is giving some error like file is in use please close any application which using that file. something this error if it is giving then simply write Application.Exit() or Close method to close that word file.
