Problem with MS Websites

Question

From quite a few days i am unable to access microsoft communities websites and MSDN documentations etc.Is anyone suffering the same?
E.g. I am unable to see the proper formatted page like https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255...All contents are poorly formatted.
Is this a potential issue or an individual issue?

I'm not reproducing the issue you have it's possible that it's an individual issue. However I would like to add that in few occasions I did encounter improperly formatted pages. To me that was because of a bad internet connection which resulted in slow downloading and thus my browser had troubles in fetching the necessary data (like external CSS files images etc.) but that was not only on Microsoft communities websites and MSDN documentations I experienced it everywhere.
