I decided to make a quiz game.. so can anybody give me some examples of it.. that has a code.. and i want the simplest as much as possible..

Your question is too vague. You must at least shortlist some factors such as target audience (kids or adults or both?) target platform (desktop or mobile?) languages technologies for development... Only after all this is decided some samples can be looked at.
