Regarding the microsoft available certification

Hi Team,

 

I've completed my five years in software industry as desktop application developer .NET C#.

i'm need to build my career looking for some guidance. as part of analysis i came across few of the Microsoft certifications. upto what extent those certification will help me in building my career.

 

I'm more attached to the Microsoft technologies and looking to build my career .

any suggestion are really appreciated.
