I Wanted to start my own startup

Question

I wanted to know that how should I build my startup team ? I didn't find some good peoples to start work with them. Hi Ashwani Your site is good. I have my own startup. But my approach is little bit different. Rather building start up team first I went for projects and then build the team. Intially I have one project and I hired for two resorurces. Since I have project I no need to worry about there salaries. To get the project it tooks lots of efforts. Two most important things for startup are Network and thorough technical knoweldge. Also it requires lots of hoard work. We spent lots of nights alive. Also dont only depend on development projects if possible take some trainings sessions which helps to increase network and funds also. Wish you all the best. As you can find in the website there is One project that called Emoji Dash it's an Android game completey build by me. But I need more expert or professional team members who want to help me ( ofcourse without money ) and interested to take this project to a success and achieve some heights.
