remote application restart

Question

Hello All,
    I have a small app that sends out files to selected computers when needed. Some of these files require the remote appliation to restart. Can someone point me in the right direction for closing and then re-opening an application on a remote XP/2000 machine. I put in a little screen shot of the interface.
