Remove the item from list

i want to remove an item in disklist1 if my condition goes true;

ToList(); showing error
C# does not contain a definition for 'ToList' and no accessible extension method 'ToList' accepting a first argument of type could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
