Hi Erwin it s very simple to create a silverlight application. I have created one article regarding how to create a simple silverlight application. you could see my article in the mentioned link http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/anavijai/4213/ in this i will be deploying the silverlight application in the sharepoint... instead in the point 4 if u check thehost the silverlight application in a new web site  and just deploy it. you can see your silverlight application in aspx page. i hope this would be helpful for u to create a silverlight application on the fly..will soon post an article regardin this.....
