save date without upload photo

Question

hi every body
i have a register web form where there are many textboxes and upload a photo for user it works fine when i upload photo but when i save without upload photo it gets me error how can i save data with or without upload photo ??

I think you no need to re-size every image since some time user may upload small size image only. suppose the user couldnt chick the size image ?? and so how can i put soulation in code for this error using alret message or any suitable soulation

this should not come since for every image there should be minimum height. Please check the image size and try again to upload it. Regards Iftikar

i belive that each user who uplaod profile user will be username.jpg and i works fine and i resize it to avoid lagre photos to upload the only error that when i save without upload it have to complete the code and reszie the image and so it gets error in case no photo uplaod else i works fine and no error at all

I believe the below line is unique for each user // Save the new graphic file to the server newBMP.Save(directory + user + .jpg); I believe here user is the user id and user will always upload .jpg file. therefor it is not required to save any details related to photo to database. Regards Iftikar
