Second & third sub-forms not working

Hi All;

I have an application which was done in MS Access 2016 and is working very well, now after transfering the tables in SQL Server 2016, the second & third sub-forms are just grayed and not working.Is there something I can do to make them work as they are in MS Access?

Regards
