send pdf file automatically through mail using vb.net

Question

hi guys can anyone help me every 15 mins one xml file upload into the server after that based on xml file one pdf automatically generated. now i want the generated pdf file should send through a particular mail once pdf generated. please give me a idea about this using vb.net code.
