Sending Dataset To SP

Hi all I have one problem. I uploading Excel sheet into my db. In my excel I have 300 records. I take the data from excel sheet to dataset. Now I want send that dataset to Sql server and that data will be inserted to table. Please help me... Thanks in advance. --Regards Lakshmi.
