Sending Email using mysql database

how to send a email on particular date and time without using triggers and job scheduler in asp.net using mysql database??? Can any one please help me to find a solution

PhpMyAdmin does not support this out-of-the-box. You need access to your MySql server to create a UDF to send the actual e-mail.

without interacting with application we have to send mail on particular date and time only using mysql database phpmyadmin how is this possible..please guide us..

MySQL has an Event Scheduler . The problem is you can only trigger the execution of queries so to send an e-mail you would have to write a User Defined Function to do that.
