sending mail in asp.net

Question

I want to send mail in asp.net using c# language. A very simple but effective & working code to send sample mail from say gmail to yahoo. Please help me with the code. Am very much new to this field. I have very little knowledge about programming. So i would be really happy if anybody guides me with the code & also porvides me with the sample code.
