sending message problam

dear Sir I am working a asp.net web portal i want to send message from application(web page) to mobile. Never i have implements this . please tell me about message API and how to implement this on asp .net website.

Just purchased sms package they will provide you developer api. use it in your code pass you values in that api. sms will send on mobile (just check dnd and non dnd package)
