sql insert command

Question

Hello.

When inserting decimal value to sql database get error there are fewer column in insert statement than values.I checked.When I insert text with this statement dont get any error.Only with decimal.may be decimal comma adds more values?for example : 5,20 in this decimal 5 is one value and 20 is another ?Help please.

Hello My sql statement is : INSERT INTO MY_TABLE (FIELD1FIELD2) VALUES (122) .Here 22 is my decimal value.Soi get error.it is imposible add as 2.2 because in sql datatable FIELD2 datatype is DECIMAL. THANKS

YOu can change the datatype to decimal(105). It can hold upto 5 decimal places like this 1234567891.34567
