We are getting a very slow response from DEV instance while expanding SQL Server objects like Databases, tables, logins and Queries are also executing slowly and if I want to perform any DML operation, it's taking much time for completing this operation.
The SQL Server is installed in the U.S.A and we are connected to the India office and there is no data I don't know why we can face this kind of problem in an empty server.
We have enough CPU, memory.
