Sqlserver connection string problem

Question

we created one  windows application in asp.net with c# we are useing sqlserver database( we are connecting server database) we given connection string our server credentails its working fine application( with in this office).

if we connected other then office we are getting error its not connecting database how to resolve this issue in webconfig connection string ? i tried i given ip of server in connection string but it not working me.
