to make a checked listbox readonly by clicking a button in VB.net

Question

hi i have a checked list box and a list box. when i select items in checked list box it will appear in the list box. so i placed a button below in the form so that when i click that button the checked list box will become readonly so that no body can change the selection and also another button which will again make the checked list box editable.. please help me with those buttons..
