Transfer Files from PC to Server. Help needed

Question

I need to create a Windows Service in which the MYDocuments have to be transferred on the server. Any Idea how this can be done? I know I have to use System.IO...but thats what I know so far. Early Reply much appreciated

Ok let me update this a bit. I managed to transfer files to the server but through an FTP connection. I would like to transfer files through network. How can I setup this connection with C#??
