Trying to add Web-api

Hi I Have the current  Asp.Net Web Application the Project is created by choosing  Empty and checked the Web-Form Please check the attach File also

Now I am trying to add web-api services in that application please tell me is it possible If it possible What need to add the files everything in detail overall.
