Trying to use the Windows File...Properties...Summary...Comments Tab

Question

Hello, I am trying to use C# to access, read, and modify this tab. I cannot locate it through the System.File.IO libraries, and have found some documentation about doing it through C++... Is it possible to exchange data with a c++ module? if so how? Does anyone know ow to access this information? TIA Roger
