Unable to open excel file

Dear Team,    Can you please suggest how to solve below issue.   I am geeting error when try to open excel file in SharePoint online.   "We're sorry, we couldn't open your workbook. It's possibly corrupt or using a file format that's not supported. Do you want to try and open this file in Excel?"   But i can open file previous version without any issues.   Best regards, Muniraja

Is it happening only for one user or for all users?

There are several reasons why you are experiencing this concern and that's what we are going to figure out. To isolate this issue, we suggest that you open your Excel application in Safe Mode and check if you will still experience the same issue. Kindly follow the instructions found link
