Unable to set positioning of this stack panel

Question

I am developing my first application in WPF. In this project I added some buttons in a xaml window and a stackpanel . On the click of buttons i call user controls in this stack panel .
But i am unable to set positioning of this stack panel. Please find attached project for reference
