Updating a form1 when manipulating the form2 data.

Question

Hey experts I having two forms like form1 & form2. In form1 user can visualize the employee data from database. in form2 The user can manipulate(i.e.. upadtinginsertingdeleting) the data. When the user manipulates the data then form1 should be refresh so that user can visualize the updated data. Please give the a perfect solution for this problem..........

I am sorry but you don't give us much to go on; what type of database is it? Are the forms bound to the database or is there some other mechanism used to get the data in and out? Are there multiple updates done before the form2 is closed? Do you need to update form1 while form2 is still open? You don't specify how you are updating the database; are you updating using the TableAdapter using direct calls or are you updating using a different manner? Assuming that the forms are bound to a TableAdapter the answer depends on the data; more specifically if there is a large amount of data and whether the data has other things such as relationships with other data. You can probably just re-fill the TableAdapter. There are other possibilities but if you need more help then we will need more information. You probably need to call Validate() tempBindingSource.EndEdit() and tableAdapterManager.UpdateAll(DataSet) before the Fill.
