Using WebCam how to Upload photo in MVC .NET (or Asp.Net)??

Question

I am currently integrating one form design there i have already photo upload by using Browse button & it getting upload from HD, but I newly adding feature of Upload Photo by Using WebCam like Facebook, Skype etc. I.e I want to develop in MVC .NET Technology? Or asp.Net. So could you please help me for this integration, or if you have any reference links then I am waiting for your kind reply. Thanks In Advance.
